Contact us
Email [email protected] for any question about the service — technical issues, billing, your account, or a report you have received. To help us resolve things quickly, please include:
- the email address on your Amnis account;
- whether you were using the mobile app or the web app;
- what you were doing when the problem occurred, and any error message you saw.
Common questions
- Signing in: the app uses your Google account or email sign-in. If you can't sign in, check you are using the same method you signed up with, then contact us.
- Uploads: inspection videos upload in the background and resume automatically. If an upload appears stuck, reopen the app and leave it on the upload screen with a good connection.
- Reports: if a report looks wrong or incomplete, email us with the property name and the date of the inspection.
- Deleting your account: you can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account screen in the mobile app. See our Privacy Policy for details of what is deleted and when.
Tenants and share links
If you received an Amnis report link from your letting agent and have a question about its contents, contact your agent first — they commissioned the report. For problems with the link itself (it won't open, signing fails, evidence won't upload), email [email protected].
